Fitzy: Block Puzzle · com.fitzygame.fitzy

Last updated: September 9, 2026

The short version: Fitzy asks for no sign-up and no login. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos or calendar. Your progress stays on your device. We do not sell data — we have no data to sell.

01 Who we are

Fitzy: Block Puzzle is developed and published by NoFly DS, an independent game studio based in Brazil. This policy covers the Android app com.fitzygame.fitzy, distributed on Google Play, and this website.

For anything privacy related, write to paulor1809@gmail.com.

02 What stays on your device

The game saves your progress in the app's local storage:

This data is never sent to us and disappears when you uninstall the game. If Android's automatic backup is enabled on your device, the system itself may include this data in your Google account backup — that backup belongs to Google and to your device, and we have no access to it.

03 In-app purchases

Purchases of cosmetic items are handled entirely by Google Play. The game never sees and never receives payment data: card, address, documents or identity. From Google Play we receive only the confirmation of which items were purchased, so we can unlock and restore what is yours.

Google is responsible for handling your payment data, under the Google Privacy Policy.

04 Duels

A local duel — two players taking turns on the same device — uses no internet connection and sends nothing anywhere.

In a remote duel, played by invite or link, your device sends our server only what is needed for both sides to see the same match:

No email, account or sign-up is required to duel. The nickname is free text: pick one that does not identify you — a nickname does not have to be a real name. Duel records are deleted automatically 30 days after they are created.

The current version of the game offers local duels only: remote duels do not exist in the published app, and nothing leaves your device. This section takes effect with the version that introduces remote duels, and the date at the top of this page will be updated when that happens.

05 Advertising

Fitzy shows no ads. There is no advertising SDK inside the app, we do not collect the Android advertising ID (AAID), and nothing you do in the game is used to target advertising, inside it or anywhere else.

If that ever changes, we will publish the updated policy on this page before the game version that introduces advertising.

06 Children and families

Fitzy is a block puzzle game suitable for all ages, and it is offered to children too. We take that seriously:

We handle children's data in their best interest, as required by Brazil's LGPD (article 14), and we follow the Google Play families requirements and COPPA. Parents and guardians can write to paulor1809@gmail.com to request deletion of any duel data — just include the duel code.

07 Sharing

When you invite someone to a duel, the game opens your system's own share sheet and you choose where to send it. We receive no copy of the message and do not know who it went to.

08 Permissions

The app requests a single permission: internet access, used for remote duels and for communicating with Google Play. Fitzy does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, files or calendar.

09 Third parties and hosting

We do not share, rent or sell data to any other company.

10 How long we keep things

11 Your rights

Under Brazil's LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) and the GDPR, you have the right to confirm processing, and to access, correct, port and delete your data, and to withdraw consent. In practice, in Fitzy:

The legal basis for the little we process is performance of the service you asked for (playing a duel) and our legitimate interest in keeping the service running and free of abuse.

12 Security

Communication with the duel server and with this website uses HTTPS. Our main security measure, though, is the simplest one: collect as little as possible. The best way to protect a piece of data is not to have it.

13 Changes to this policy

If anything changes — advertising, remote duels in the menu, any new collection — we publish the new version on this same page, with an updated date at the top, before or alongside the game version that brings the change.

14 Contact
